Origoshop collaborates with several European suppliers. Returns are always handled per supplier, and the correct return address will be provided to the customer by email once the return is approved.
Do not return any items without receiving the return instructions first to ensure proper processing and refund.
1) Right of Withdrawal (14 Days)
Customers have the right to withdraw from an online purchase within 14 days of receiving the product, without giving any reason.
- Send a withdrawal notice to info@origoshop.fi
- You will receive the return instructions and the supplier's return address by email.
- Return the item within 14 days from submitting the withdrawal notice.
The product may be handled only as it would be in a physical store. If it has been used beyond what is necessary to determine its characteristics or functionality, a reduction in value may be deducted from the refund.
2) Return Costs
- If the return is made for personal reasons (change of mind, wrong size, etc.), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
- If the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect, Origoshop or the supplier will cover the return shipping and any exchange costs.
- Return instructions and address are always provided by email. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
3) Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items (Complaint)
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect product:
- Contact us by email at info@origoshop.fi as soon as possible after receiving the item.
- Attach photos or a short video showing the issue, along with your order number.
- We will provide detailed instructions for refund, return, or replacement.
Complaints are processed in cooperation with the supplier to ensure a fast and correct resolution.
4) Exceptions to the Right of Return
The right of withdrawal does not apply to the following:
- Customized or personalized products
- Opened hygiene or health products (e.g., cosmetics, underwear)
- Perishable goods
- Opened sealed software, games, or audio/video media
- Digital content that has already been delivered with your consent
Sale and clearance items: Discounted products normally have a 14-day return right, unless the product page clearly states otherwise (e.g., “Final sale – no returns” or hygiene/digital goods). When such a note is present, the condition is binding.
5) Refunds
- Refunds are processed within 14 days after the return is approved or proof of shipment is provided.
- Refunds are made to the original payment method.
- Any reduction in value (if applicable) will be deducted from the total refund.
- If the return does not meet the conditions (e.g., used item or incomplete packaging), we will notify you before finalizing the refund.
6) Warranty and Legal Guarantee
- Products do not carry a separate Origoshop warranty unless otherwise stated in the product description.
- All products are covered by the legal guarantee under the Finnish Consumer Protection Law, which applies for 2 years from the purchase date.
- Some products may include an additional manufacturer's warranty under the manufacturer's terms.
- Normal wear, misuse, or cosmetic differences are not covered under warranty or legal guarantee.
7) Exchanges
The fastest way to exchange a product is to place a new order for the desired item and return the original product following the provided return instructions.

9) Important Notes
- Do not send Returns to Origoshop's Vaasa address without return instructions.
- All returns and complaints are routed directly to the correct supplier for faster handling.
- Origoshop reserves the right to reject a return if it does not meet these terms.
- This policy does not limit your legal consumer rights under Finnish and EU law (Directive 2011/83/EU).
10) Seller Protection and Limitation of Liability
Origoshop acts as your contractual partner for managing the return and complaint process but is not liable for damages caused by:
- Incorrect supplier address,
- Carrier handling errors,
- Incorrect customer-provided contact information, or
- Improper product handling beyond normal inspection.
If a returned product is lost or damaged during shipment and has not reached the supplier's address, the responsibility lies with the customer unless the return was made according to Origoshop's written instructions.
